For those seeking a seamless, all-day experience, our Full Wedding Day Suite Experience offers 9:00 AM access, dedicated attendant service, and hosted hospitality, allowing you to focus entirely on the celebration ahead.

You receive our full wedding guide, including packages, pricing, and availability. Our team reviews your vision and answers inital questions before you even step on the property.

Tour & Meet the Team

Walk the property, experience the spaces, and discuss your guest count, timeline, and priorities. This is where you determine if we’re the right fit.

Step 3:

Secure Your Date

Once you’re ready, we finalize your package, confirm your date, and outline next steps. A detailed proposal and agreement are provided for clarity.

Step 4:

Plan with Confidence

Throughout your engagement, our team guides menu selections, floor plans, and event flow. Thirty (30) days prior, we conduct a final walkthrough to confirm every detail.

Step 5:

Your Wedding Day

From ceremony to final dance, our team ensures every moment is seamless. Our staff manages timing, service, and coordination so you and your family can be fully present on the best day of your lives.

“I got married here on 10.06.24 and The Stone Terrace did a fantastic job. They were so supportive throughout planning and made the entire process a breeze. They do all of the set up and take down and packed up all of my belongings the same way I brought it in. They decorated everything beautifully and provided a lot of their own decor as well. The food was FANTASTIC and service was incredible….all my guests had a wonderful time and it was truly a perfect day thanks to the staff and all their hard work.
